高考英语活动安排类书面表达题导写

一、文体概述

活动安排的写作多用于日常生活中的通知、告示等应用文的文体中，一般要求考生就题目所提供的要求和要点，写出活动的目的、时间、地点、具体内容等。这类型的写作通常都是使用一般将来时态。用语方面，如果写的是通知告示的安排，文字要用相对正式的用语；若是邀请函，语气要做到礼貌客气，恳切真诚。

二、必备短语

1. on behalf of…代表……    

2. warmly welcome热烈欢迎   

3. tell you our arrangement /what we have arranged for you告诉您我们为您所做的安排 

4. meet sb. 接见某人   

5. show sb. around…带某人参观……  

6. visit/pay a visit to some place 参观/拜访某地  

7. enrich students’ after-class life 丰富学生的课外生活   

8. arouse the interest of … 激发……兴趣   

9. try one’s utmost to do sth. 竭尽某人的所能做某事 

10. outdoor activity户外活动  

11. make comment on sth.对某事作出评论 

12. present the prize颁奖

三、套用句式

1. On behalf of our school, I warmly welcome your visit. 代表学校，我热烈地欢迎您的到访。

2. As Chairman of the Students Union, I am pleased to tell you our arrangement /what we have arranged for you.作为学生会主席，我很高兴能给您介绍我们为您所做的安排。 

3. We are going to meet you at the airport at 10 a.m. the day after tomorrow. 我们打算在后天上午十点在机场接您。   

4. A talent show, in which you can experience the traditional Chinese culture, will be performed by us for you.我们将为你们表演一场精彩的才艺秀，在里面你们可以体验到传统的中华文化。

四、习作修改

(下列范文中共有10处错误，每句最多两处，请改正)

A group of British students are coming to our school in next week. Here are the arrangements for them by details. At 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, the principal as well as the English teachers, are going to attend the welcoming ceremony and then showing the visitors around the school. 

In the afternoon, the visitors are suppose to go to have an English class with the students of Class One, Senior One. After that, there will be an English corner, in which the English lovers are encouraged take part. 

On Wednesday morning, a basketball match between the British team or our school team would be held on the playground. Final, everyone can come to enjoy the performances at the auditorium at 7:30 p.m. to be given by student from both countries.

1. 词数100左右；

2. 可以适当增加细节，以使行文连贯；

参考答案与范文：

习作修改

1. 去掉in  在next week前不需要用介词。

2. details → detail  因in detail是固定搭配，意思是“详细地”。

3. are → is  因主语是the principal，故谓语动词用单数。

4. showing → show  本句的中有连词and，因此要用谓语动词而不是非谓语动词。

5. suppose →supposed  因be supposed to do sth.是固定搭配，意思是“应该做某事”。

6. 在encouraged与take之间加to  由encourage sb. to do sth.句型可知。

7. or →and 因between…and…是固定搭配，意思是“在……和……之间”。

8. would → will 此处讲述的是将来的安排，故用一般将来时而不是过去将来时。

9. Final → Finally 放在句首作状语用副词。

10. student →students  指两国的学生，因此student要用复数形式。

Dear Mr. Smith,

I’m Lihua, Chairman of the Students Union from Zhengguang Middle School. On behalf of our school, I warmly welcome your visit. Now, I am writing to tell you what we have arranged for you during your visit. 

At 9 a.m. next Wednesday morning, wearing our blue school uniforms we will meet you at the airport. On leaving the airport, we will directly head for our school, in which you will be shown around. After that, we prepare a traditional Chinese meal as lunch for you in our school canteen. After a short break, you will be taken to the auditorium, where you can enjoy a show performed by us. And you can communicate with the students and teachers in our school as well.

The competition is supposed to last about one and a half hours, during which a short English play will be put on by students from the School Drama Organization, so that the audience as well as the contestants can relax themselves from the fierce competition for a little while.
