福州市口腔医学会全体会员及各位同行:

福州第六届口腔医学学术会议暨福州市口腔医学会第二届会员代表大会定于201*年11月28-30日在福州市召开。现将有关事项通知如下：

1. 会议时间：201*年11月28-30日，会议地点：福州市交通路88号，福建医科大学交通路校区鹤龄楼四楼会议厅。报到时间：27日下午13：30—18：00，报到处设在一楼大堂。

2. 本届会议安排了精彩的学术讲座，邀请了台北医学大学郑信忠教授，北京大学口腔医院张成飞教授，于晓潜教授，上海第二医科大学附属第九人民医院副院长张建中教授，上海同济大学口腔医院赵守亮教授，福建医科大学闫福华教授等专家讲述关于口腔各热门学科的最新进展。（详细介绍见背面）

3. 本次大会将选举产生福州市口腔医学会第二届理事会，并表彰201*－201*年度我会优秀会员，授予奖牌或证书。

4. 会议期间将举办医疗器械展及盛大的联欢抽奖晚宴，并授予继续教育学分。
