艺术传媒竞聘演讲稿

莫斯科大学艺术系艺术学201*届硕士研究生

各位领导、各位评委：

大家好！我叫吕楠，今年28岁，莫斯科大学艺术学硕士研究生毕业，来自香港摄影报。非常的高兴和感谢各位领导及评委给予我这次珍贵的机会，今天能站在这座讲台上参加贵台的招聘演讲，对我来说，一直是心中的梦想。

当我还是在学生时代的时候，为了理想和感知世界，我选择了留学。自从201*年留学至今，已有近十年的海外学习生活，先后在俄国与美国完成了本科至研究生阶段的学习，在艺术学研究生学界中取得了优异的成绩，多篇学术论文在大学里发表，同时任艺术系研究生会的代表并多次成功组织接待了国内高校的学习访问，赢得了院方的表奖，同时也是莫斯科大学艺术系第一位中国籍硕士研究生学位的获得者。在这十年的国外学习与生活中，我努力着建立和完善自己的世界观、人生观和价值观，受到了西方文化的熏陶与感染，充实了自己的学识，开阔了视野并培养了自己不同的艺术审美观。

我涉猎新闻传媒工作是在201*年，在一次偶然的机会我接触到新闻传媒行业并幸运的加入了香港摄影报社，做了一名记者，从事美术摄影采编工作，到现在也有了6年的传媒工作时间了。在这段期间，通过不断地学习和实践，自已的理论水平、业务技能得到了不断的提高，积极、主动地开展工作，勤奋学习，结合自己在艺术领域的知识

以及在海外的见解敢于创新，并从参加的各项省市文化艺术活动中，积累了相关的传媒经验和编导组织能力。在这每一个过程中都蕴含了行里领导和同事对我的支持和帮助，同时也倾注了自己辛勤的汗水。

可能各位评委会有所疑问：学习古典艺术，怎么能和新闻传媒工作有着关联呢？关于这一点，我个人认为：新闻传媒与文化艺术有着十分微妙的关系，它们两者之间以人们的生活做为纽带，彼此共同起着推动精神文明建设的重任，相互形成了分形共气的联系。文化艺术来自平凡的生活，从与时俱进的角度来说，文化艺术方面的活动更是新闻媒体万盛的源泉，新闻的即时性、随机性以人民的文化生活为土壤才得以创造性的飞跃。艺术来源于生活，传媒则服务于生活。

在来演讲之前，我曾对央视、凤凰卫视和美国cnn有线电视新闻网的成功之道做过一些了解和分析：

长期以来，央视作为中国的媒介之王，其信息资源的独占性无可匹敌，频道全天24小时播出，同时不遗余力的塑造具有影响力的精品栏目和名牌主持人，在广告经营方面不断更新广告的招标政策，并且借助在政治上的独具优势影响着中国文化的发展，对推动中国文化及信息传媒事业中作出了山河众川的巨大贡献。

凤凰卫视能取得今天的成就，是因为在其新闻报道理念、主持人包装、运作模式的方面的独到之处，很好的迎合了当今大众的收视心理和履行了当今时代所赋予媒体的职责。地处经济发达、信息多元、文化交汇的国际化都市香港特区，借助无法比拟的地缘优势，敢于尝

试和勇于探索的进取精神，使得只有十年发展历史的新兴媒体在全国媒介占有了不可动摇的一席之地。
