我深知自己扮演的是一个承上启下,协调左右的角色。每天做的也都是些琐碎的工作,尽快的理顺关系投入到工作中去是我重要的任务,全力配合好经理日常工作是我的职责,这就要求我工作意识要强,工作态度要端正,工作效率要快,力求周全。我每天的职责是:1、落实经理下达的各项指示,管理好所属员工。2、监督服务员为客人服务,组织员工现场调配,确保服务质量。3、检查下属服务员的仪容仪表、礼节礼貌、工作态度,并带领下属员工做好卫生清洁,严格记录本班员工考勤。4、负责服务所需的物品领用,填写领用单交保管。5、每日开好班前例会,传达本店及各部门的指示及通知,总结上个班次工作情况及注意事项,提出各岗位的服务要求。6、对所属区域的设备设施经常检查,确保经营区的设施、设备保证良好的状态。

我们的服务就是体现在人性化服务,要精益求精,为客人营造出一种在家的感觉。我现所拥有的经验还较少,前面还有很多的东西要等着我学习。工作中有时也难免会出现失误之处,出现的问题我会引以为戒,在今后的工作中要再接再厉。
