转正工作总结

回眸近两个月工作，本人有良好的职业道德和较强的责任心。在平时工作中，对自己严格要求，认真执行各项规章制度，积极主动，认真负责。在管理公司对我能力的信任下，主要负责采购监督、供应商管理、采购制度规范、制定采购计划、印刷品等采购部全面工作。一、现将两个月来的工作情况总结如下：

1、前期主要熟悉部门制度、工作职责和清楚认识各店原材料

等。

2、认真完成采购部日常管理和采购计划。

3、及时了解所需原材料的市场行情，并与供应商取得联系在

每月规定的时间定价。

4、督促采购员时刻保持清醒头脑、廉洁奉公、不谋私利、树

立公司良好的形象。

5、对菌类市场进行了源头寻找并进行了成本分析：由于大部

分菌类生产基地品种单一且不配送，通过分析自购成本要高于现供货商供货成本，最后决定继续寻找菌类源头。

二、存在的问题和今后努力方向：

两个月来，虽然对自己的工作有了一定的了解，但也存在一些问题和不足，主要表现在：第一，对原材料的认知度不够；第二，对市场的了解不够充分；第三，和供应商的谈判技巧不够熟练；第四，对原材料源头的寻找不够到位。

在今后的工作里，自己认真提高业务、工作水平。我应努力做到：第一，加强学习，拓宽知识面，努力学习采供管理专业知识；第二，为使公司采购工作走上制度化、规范化，合理控制成本和提高采购工作效率，继续加强采购制度的建设；第三，寻找酒楼主要原材料的源头，长期不懈（家禽屠宰市场，用量较大干杂源头，部分冻品源头，菌类源头等）；第四，继续做好采购监督和供应商管理等工作。
