紧张而繁忙的一年工作已经全面结束，回顾一年工作，在上级教育部门的正确领导下，全体教师发扬与时俱进、敢为人先的时代精神，圆满地完成了本年度各项工作任务。为了扬长避短，依据本年度的重点工作落实情况做一下总结：一、把握机遇，注重质效，提升教育教学质量。为了使此项工作落到实处，主要采用以下措施：1、大力推行新课改，着力打造教学新模式。

全校组织教师准确把握教改精神，切实改变观念，更新教法，分课型探索课堂新教学模式。学校利用每周四上午业余学习时间，组织教师观看课堂教学光碟、新课改讲座光碟，进行新课改培训，并做好相关笔记，同时开展教师公开课竞赛。2、深入开展＂两课＂活动。

＂课内比教学，课外访万家＂。校长每月不定期对老师进行推门听课，并及时与教师沟通，积极构建开放式、探究式、研讨式、互动式的新型课堂。教师每月对部分学生进行家访，与家长共同架起促进学生健康成长的＂连心桥＂，面对面的疏导、解决孩子在成长过程中遇到的烦恼和困惑，并做好家访记录。3、坚持听课评课制度。

为了使教师理论知识实际应用于教学实践，大面积提高教学质量，我校坚持听课制度，每周组织教师听一节公开课，每学期均组织听课10余节。（二）加强管理，转变作风，切实规范办学行为。1、强化学生及学籍管理。

积极落实学校制定的各项规章制度，制度日常教学情况表，每周教师及时登记当天班级教学情况。为学生制定了考勤表、课文过关表、单词过关表，强化学生学习情况管理。2、加强师德师风建设。

提升教师队伍职业道德水平，加强教师队伍＂爱校＂、＂爱岗＂教育，增强教职工服从、服务大局意识，提升教工队伍的凝聚力和向心力。3、依法依规招生和收费。

严格按照省、市有关规定依法、依规收费，凡收费必有据，已在校园醒目处公开收费标准。

（三）创新德育工作方法，拓展德育工作新途径。1、优化教师队伍，深化师德师风建设。

教师的德育意识决定教师的德育行为。只有强化教师的德育意识，才能营造良好的德育氛围，才能有效的开展德育工作，为学生的健康成长奠基。

2、抓好日常行为规范教育。我校把每学期第一个月设立为校风校纪整治月，并进行＂小明星＂评选，对优秀的学生给予表扬、鼓励，对不合格的学生进行教育。3、开展丰富多彩的课外活动，营造学生活跃氛围。

课外活动是重要的教学辅助手段，有利于增长知识、开阔视野。有目的、有组织地开展各种适合学生语言水平和年龄特点的课外活动，可以激发学生的学习热情，培养兴趣。学校4月开展了德克基点餐活动、8月开展了卡片DIY活动、12月开展了圣诞嘉年华活动，让学生充分感受学习英语的乐趣。

（四）民生为本，增加投入，努力改善办学条件。1、提高教职工福利待遇。

进一步提高教职工福利待遇，工资上调，年底发放年终奖。为教职工更换新宿舍，在学校建休息室供教师课后休息。

2、加大投入力度，为学校配置办公电脑一台、音响一台，更换新空调一台。发动全校教师，自己动手装饰每间教室。补修了校舍楼梯和被冻坏的水管。还为学生购置了100本课外读物，开设了读书角。

（五）整合资源，优化环境，积极营造和谐氛围。

1、加强平安校园创建工作，每学期两次安全讲座、演习，强化法制教育，增强师生安全意识，杜绝校园安全事故。

2、继续对贫困学生实行学费减免政策，本年度共帮助十五名贫困生，五人学费全免，十人学费减半。

五、存在的问题和不足

1、教师对教学的探讨和研究的氛围不是很浓，缺乏强烈的奉献敬业精神。

2、部分教师工作刻苦、踏实，积极参与公开课竞赛，来提高自己的教学水平，但个别教师个人课堂教学水平提高不大，对新课程改革观念不是很新。

相信在上级领导的关心和支持下，有校领导与全校师生团结一心，同舟共济，津市市疯狂宝贝英语学校的各项工作一定会有新的提高。
