您好,我是吕鹃,来自房务部前厅分部的大堂副理,时间过的真快转眼间我来潮王大酒店工作已经快一年了,在我们充满信心的迎接新的一年的时机,回顾总结一年的工作,以利于扬长避短、奋发进取,在201*年努力再创佳绩。前厅岗位是酒店的门面岗位,也是客人咨询问题,反映情况,提出建议,投诉不满较为集中的地方。每个员工都要直接的面对客人,员工的工作态度和服务质量能反映出一个酒店的服务和管理水平。大堂副理代表着酒店的形象,大堂副理的职务作用给予了其工作的特殊性。身为酒店大堂副理的我,始终秉承着“宾客至上,服务第一”和“客人完全满意”的办事风格,在不损害酒店基本利益的前提下妥善处理好大大小小的投诉,即使解决客人的各种疑难问题,让宾客满意而归,为酒店赢得声誉和效益。处理完后总结经验在部门领导的指导下找出不足加以改正,而我也就是在每次总结改进以后逐渐变得成熟起来。因为全球经济形势的影响,酒店服务业正处于“用工荒:的特殊阶段,担任酒店客房散客营销,入住登记,退房结账的总台员工工作负荷过大,人手紧缺的情况下,我们能及时的填补工作岗位的空缺,并兼顾前厅管理,虽然很辛苦但是在这个岗位上感觉每天都是在挑战,因为会碰到不同的客人,不一样的需求;每天都会有不同的感受,会因为成功地与客人尤其是外宾的沟通而欣喜,会因看到满满的客房入住而兴奋,并会因此带来的忙碌工作而充实;也会因设备或条件的限制而无法解决客人的要求而沮丧;更会因前厅的任何一点细微的改变而感到充满希望,我喜欢这样每天下班后有进步的感觉。业余时间我学习了会计基础和财经法规,并获得了从业资格证书,以便更好的协助财务部门管理总台大小账务。日常工作中,本着党组织教育我们党员无私奉献的精神,以身作则,敬业乐业,作风正派,争做先锋模范。真诚踏实的作风也让我与同事相处融洽。
当然回顾一年的工作,也有一些不足:

思想上还不够成熟,理论结合实际的能力有待提高。酒店内部各部门协调工作不是很到位。
自我控制能力尚缺,做不到遇事每每处世不惊,不卑不亢。
综上所述,对于发现的问题加以改正,为了日后更好的工作,在新的一年里万象更新,我的工作也应与时俱进,对201*年的工作计划如下:
