本学期我担任七年级两个班的英语。回首这一学期的教学工作,感触颇多。一、认识教材,了解学生。新教材内容丰富,理念新颖,针对的是有一定英语基础的学生,同时该教材营造了一个倾向本土化语言的环境,很多内容对于国内学生理解起来有点难度。和以前的教材相比,起点比较高,单词的呈现比较多,而且难度剃度不明显,提倡“用到即学”。而作为学习该教材的本届学生来讲,他们当中大部分没有接触过英语,有的也就是小部分在暑假接触过英语,才初步入门。在这样的情况下,感觉上课难度比较大。

二、因材施教,掌握难度。学生是学习的主体。因此,了解和分析学生情况,有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。最初接触教学的时候,我还不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性,只是专心研究书本,教材,想方设法令课堂生动,学生易接受。,比如听力在本套教材中难度比较大,我就把听力的形式进行适当的改良,让学生更容易听懂,不断提高学生的积极性。同时根据不同的班级的学生性格特点,我也采取了不同的策略。开展各种各样的小组活动,让他们讨论合作,鼓励他们积极发言。

三、调动气氛,参与鼓励在课堂教学开展过程中,我感觉学生一部分不愿意起来发言:一个是教材比较有难度,怕讲错;另外一个是学生胆子比较小。针对这样的情况下,我把教材难度降低,并采取表扬和鼓励的方式。四、加强巩固,分批对待.因为英语的特殊情况,学生在不断学习中,会出现好差分化现象,差生面扩大,会严重影响班内的学习风气。每次教授了新单词以后,我都及时抽时间给他们听写,并认真批改。有时候,课文里出现的精彩实用的句子,我也要求学生背下来,我把4个同学分成一个小组,让成绩相对比较好同学担任小组长,这样想偷懒就比较难了。而对不同基础的学生,我给他们的底线也不一样。一开始我都是统一要求所有的学生,后来我感觉这样不符合实际。有些学生对语言的感知能力本身就比较差,越是统一要求,他就什么也没有学到。因此,我就把学生分开,一般的,大部分同学的要求是统一的,而小部分接受能力比较差的同学,我就用相对低一点的标准给他们,这样做以后,逐渐提高标准,学生学到的明显多了。

在课堂教学之余,我还积极参加教研活动,参与我们英语组内的备课和说课,并且上公开课。通过这样的活动,有效的提高了自己对教材的理解。通过一个学期的努力,学生的成绩有了进步。
