高标准完成国家卫生城市迎检工作。

市在进行国家卫生城市评审期间，我酒店作为市卫生监督局重点推荐迎检单位，经过了市级、省级、国家级卫生权威部门的明察暗访，得到了各级领导的好评。(三)

部门激励机制的完善。

1.服务员及点菜员根据餐饮营业特点制定出服务员及点菜员提成方案，有效的调动员工工作积极性。

2.对酒店的优秀员工、优秀部门及微笑大使评选活动，鼓励员工积极参与，并对活动过程进行监督，最终本部门在两次活动当中均取得不错的成绩。
