为期半个月的餐厅服务员培训班结束了。为了今后更好地进行培训班的管理组织工作,现将此次培训班的组织管理工作作一小结,以便今后更好地为培训班的工作管理积累经验,现将工作总结如下:
一、宣传、组织发动招生工作
通过向社会发放宣传单页,让更多的人和社会了解餐厅服务员的现有状况和举办餐厅服务员培训班的重要性,通过培训是提高松阳餐厅服务员队伍业务素质和基本技能的基本途径。让更多的餐厅服务员执证上岗,为松阳餐厅服务员队伍健康、有序的发展奠定基础,执证上岗是未来的趋势,因此通过形式多样的宣传渠道进行宣传发动。
1、由西屏中心成技校向所属各乡镇成技校下放餐厅服务员培训班通知。
2、由西屏成技校各教师向社会发放餐厅服务员培训班通知。因此,通过多种渠道进行宣传,招生宣传到位,此培训班共招生74名学员。
二、培训班管理工作
通过前期的宣传发动工作,于5月底确定了培训班的学员名单,于6月2日顺利进行了开班典礼。农业局和教育局的领导都到会发言,并向学员提出了殷切希望,学员代表曾春晓也向在座的各位领导表了态,表示各位学员一定不会辜负领导、老师的厚望,好好学
习餐厅服务员基础知识和技能,争取以优异的成绩来回报领导和社会。
培训班共培训15天,理论考试和实践考试各半天完成,培训班组织管理成绩显著,74位学员,参加考证74名,考证合格74名,合格率为100%。
1、学校领导会同班主任在开班典礼后及时研究成立了班委会,由班委会监督管理培训班学员的学习情况。由班主任亲自抓好学员的出勤签到工作,严肃学员出勤,健立严格的请假制度,把出勤与考核、评先进学员挂勾,充分使学员认识到学习的重要性,因此每天培训学员的出勤率都达到98.6%以上。
2、及时与任课教师加强横向联系,及时发放各种培训资料,鼓励学员认真学习,掌握餐厅服务员基本知识和基本技能,及时组织学员加强培训内容的学习和复习。
3、积极鼓励学员每天参加培训,正确处理好工学矛盾。学校研究给学员每天中午发放快餐券,为学员解决了培训期间的就餐困难。
4、班主任经常给学员灌输安全教育,蹦紧安全一根弦,教育学员注意上学和放学途中的安全,把安全工作放在重中之重的位置,到培训结束没有发生过安全事故,全体学员都高高兴兴地参加培训,开开心心地回家团聚。
5、班主任经常与学员座谈,加强学员的思想工作,交流彼此的心得,贴近学员,急学员之所急,想学员之所想,让学员安心地参加培训学习。
三、档案资料收集管理
1、及时让学生填写学员基本情况,及时上交身份证复印件和照片。
2、及时做好学员登记表和档案表,并及时与学员本人进行核对,确保资料正确性、完整性。
3、认真填好职业技能学员名册(电子表格)和职业技能鉴定登记表,及时上交劳动局,以便考证之用。
4、积极收集各种学习资料,与学员进行纵向交流,使每位学员都有学习和复习资料,为学员复习迎考作好充分准备。
总之,培训班工作千头万绪,需要班主任不断总结经验。最根本的在于学员正确处理工学矛盾,认真安心地参加培训,那么成绩肯定是喜人的。今后,只有不断学习,不断完善培训班管理工作,想学员所想,急学员所急,为松阳的餐饮服务业工作培训增砖添瓦。那么松阳的餐饮服务业工作才会走向新的一片蓝天。
