初三适应性考试总结
各位领导，老师：
大家下午好！在这里我主要讲三个方面的内容。
首先就是第一次模拟考试的总体情况，总的来说这次中考适应性考试，试题难易
适中，阅卷相当公平，学生基本上发挥出了应有的水平，但整体成绩与兄弟学校还有不小的差距，我们面临着的压力也很大。另外答题卡的书写很多同学注意得不够，如有的同学没有按规定涂写选择题；有的同学答题书写不规范，字迹潦草，无法辩认；还有的同学的版式不美观，使成绩受到影响甚至还有同学将准考证号秒错等等，从这一次模拟考试的成绩来
看，情况并不是很理想，前20名的同学，在500分以上13人，其中600分以上1人，570-599分11人，500-570分11人。从这20名学生的成绩中，部分学生科目发展很不均衡，有偏科的现象。第6名已有2门不及格科目，因此还需要辛苦我们在座的各位老师在较弱的科目下功夫进行弥补。1下面我对前10名学生分析一下。2各班成绩排名
第二个内容就是对开学以来初三级的教育教学工作回顾：
从这学期一开学，学校就非常重视初三年级的各项教育教学工作，给了大量的支持、指导和帮助。从平时学校的督促检查情况来看，咱们初三年级的各位老师对自己的工作抓得比较紧，总体情况是良好的。全体任课老师都一心投入到工作上，勤勤恳恳，兢兢业业，体现了较高的职业素养。
教学上:从教学常规情况来看，大家备课比较认真，作业的批改也比较及时，老师们每节课都能较好地完成当堂课的教学任务，不足的是：包括我自己，：
1、有的课容量比较小，中考渗透不够。
2、课堂讲课时学法指导少，学生活动少。
3、个别老师课堂上不能激发学生学习兴趣，与学生沟通交流少。4、有些班有些科目的课堂秩序还有些乱。老师的课讲的不错，但由于课堂纪律不是很好，学生真正听进去了多少，可想而知。因此，要想每节课学生都有收获，任课老师在教学和课堂管理上都要下功夫，对违反课堂纪律的学生要敢说敢管，确保良好的课堂秩序，这样才能提高自己课堂的教学实效。
5临近中考，请我们老师一定要丁的再紧一点，学生做的试卷老师先做，并请大家做到认真批改。特别是对读高中的学生要更关注。班级管理方面：我们初三早读从5点40开始，班主任老师都能按时来校进班，督促学生打扫卫生、进行早读。课间操、自习课，班主任老师都能按时到班督促学生。所以，至今为止，初三年级整体情况不错，学习风气比较好。但也还存在着一些不足,主要表现在：
1、个别班纪律不稳定，有时班主任老师跟紧了，好一些，班主任老师不在时，纪律就比较乱；还有个别班级就是老师在教室，教室里的纪律也不好，学生自我管理比较差。
2、学生学习抓得不紧，学习主动性差，还有的不能按时完成作业，有的学生厌学情绪严重，无所谓态度严重。主动问问题的学生少；学生学习方法较死板；学生不会合理安排时间，不能有效学习；课后不复习；运用知识不够灵活；缺乏主动性，对老师的讲解分析不加重视；学生对难题缺乏信心和攻坚精神；学生缺乏运用基础知识进行自主学习和创新的能力。
3、班级两极分化严重，导致老师上课两头不能兼顾。4
几点要求
1、班主任老师继续做好班级管理工作,形成良好的班风、学风。班级管理到位，班风就好，学风就浓，学生积累的知识就多；反之，学生的学习就会受到很大影响。因此，我们希望各位班主任老师一定要多与学生沟通交流，调动学生学习积极性，多鼓励差生，做到全班共同进步。
2任课教师，最后20天，要多考多批改，不断提高学生应试能力与考试技巧。3备课组加强集体备课，多出一些高质量的试卷，群策群力搞好最后复习工作。
4对一些已经交费读职中的学生也不能放松要求，不能让其认为反正读职中学不学就无所谓了。
还有15天的上课时间，在经过这半个月大家的共同努力我相信胜利一定是属于我们的！
