201*年度个人工作总结
本人于201*年5月份调到酒店工程部工作,担任工程部经理一职,由于管理经验的不足和专业技能的欠缺,任职以来,工作中始终兢兢业业,不敢稍有懈怠,通过七个多月的工作实践和深入学习,逐渐适应了新的工作岗位,也对自己的工作有了较为全面的认识。在酒店领导的关心支持下,在各部门经理的配合协作下,在部门员工的共同努力下,着手开展设备设施的日常维修、紧急维修、计划检修、定期保养、加装改造、节能降耗等工作。下面主要从201*年度完成的主要工作、分析存在的问题和下步的工作打算三个方面进行总结。
一、完成的主要工作
1.配合人力资源部编制工程部岗位及人员设置方案,工程部原定编8人,经过调整增编到11人,目前在编10人。
2.积极配合人力资源部,参与筹划、开展工程部技能竞赛,并取得2个中级技能等级、1个初级技能等级的好成绩,并从7月份起享受技能津贴。这既是对技能人才的肯定,提高其薪酬待遇,也对部门其他员工起到了很好的学习和促进作用。
3.配合办公室制定各部门目标管理责任状考核实施细则。4.201*年计划维修费用为38万元,全年实际投入29.33万元,占计划资金的77.18%。
5.201*年共完成加装改造(建)项目42个,预算资金为50.万元,实际已投入资金49.04万元,占预算资金的98%。
6.201*年酒店总维修费用为15.58万元,其中餐饮部(含客餐后厨)5.76万元,占37%;客房部4.33万元,占28%;康乐部0.86万元,占6%;前厅部0.75万元,占5%;其他部门及后勤部门3.5万元,占22%。
7.201*年酒店维修单共计1633张,维修总项次8771项次。8.参与酒店201*年经济活动分析活动,对酒店1-9月能耗及维修维保情况进行分析。
9.拟定工程部201*年维修维保及能耗费用预算。
10.完成酒店领导到各经营部门调研后形成的201*4~7号专题会议纪要提出的问题共26项。
11.201*年酒店全年总能耗费用为245.17万元;201*年总能耗费用为235万元;同比增加10.17万元,增长比例为4.33%。
12.201*年酒店总能耗率为9.39%,201*年总能耗率为9.5%,同比降低0.11个百分点,完成年初制定能耗率降至9.4%的考核目标。
二、分析存在的问题
1.部门内部管理比较松散,没有着力推行奖勤罚懒的激励机制,不利于促进员工工作的积极性。部门内部协调不够,造成有时处理维修任务不够及时。
2.随着酒店使用年限的增长,地毯、踢脚线、墙纸、乳胶漆、油漆等装修装饰逐渐陈旧老化,加之员工保护意识不够,人为破坏情
况较为严重,201*年安排了墙纸、乳胶漆的计划维修,地毯、油漆等计划维修项目还未大面积实施。
3.酒店的重要设备如中央空调、锅炉等设备于201*年度均进行了计划维修、清洗保养,但工作计划的前瞻性和平时的预防性检修保养工作还有待加强。
4.在设备管理方面还存在较大不足,由于工程部一直以来未建立完整的设备台帐资料,很多设备尤其是各部门使用和管理的设备存在“无设备台帐、无管理责任人、无设备使用人”的三无现象,无形中造成了资源的浪费。
5.在节能降耗工作方面取得了一定的成绩,这是工程部和酒店各部门特别是各经营部门共同努力的结果,但酒店员工的节能意识仍有待进一步提高。
三、下步的工作打算
1.进一步加强部门内部管理、工作流程管理、资料管理,内强素质,外树形象。
2.定期召开设备管理、成本核算和费用控制会议,研究、改进和完善对设施设备的科学管理方法。
3.掌握设备管理人员及维修人员的技术业务状况,鼓励部门员工提高和更新业务技能,开展全方位、多层次、多渠道的技术培训工作。
4.加强后勤服务一线部门的意识,不断提高维修工作质量和效
率,保障酒店经营管理。
5.充分调动部门员工的积极性,定期进行职业道德、酒店意识教育,培养员工企业责任感和荣誉感。
6.在加强部门日常管理工作的同时,积极参与酒店管理人员竞争上岗活动,以实际行动响应酒店领导号召,去争取更加适合自身发展优势和发展方向的工作岗位。
