一、活动主题:关爱长辈尊老敬老二、活动背景:

当落日的余晖挥洒在身上时,你是否会情不自禁地发出这样的感慨“夕阳无限好,只是近黄昏”,也许这只是“为赋新词强说愁”般的感慨,那是因为我们正处在人生美好的青春年华,根本无法了解和体会已近暮年的孤独和悲凉。老人们,尤其是那些失去亲人的孤寡老人,他们没有子女承欢膝下,赡养尽孝,没有老伴相伴左右,共享天伦,风烛残年的他们,有的甚至还承受着疾病的摧残折磨,身心俱疲。尊老爱幼是中华民族的传统美德,孤寡老人作为社会的弱势群体,越来越被人们所淡忘。作为当代大学生党员,我们要用自己的行动来呼吁更多的人来关心和帮助这些老人们,发掘人们身上消失了的爱心。“但得夕阳无限好,何须惆怅近黄昏”,相信有了你我的关爱,老人将不再寂寞。为此,化学化工学院学生党支部将负责开展此项活动。三、活动目的及意义:

1、慰问社区孤寡老人,给他们送去一份关爱和温暖,让他们感受社会大家庭的温暖;

2、弘扬中华民族尊老敬老的传统美德,共建和谐社会,展现长江师范学院深厚的人文关怀,增强大学生党员的社会责任意识与奉献意识;

3、进一步提高大学生的思想素质,锻炼学生的组织和实践及社会交际能力,发扬志愿精神。

四、活动时间:201*年4月(具体时间待定)五、活动流程:

1、前期准备

①对个人策划进行支部讨论,进行修改和补充,并安排有关事项,使之成为集体策划;

②将最终策划上报书院相关领导,征得其指示和批准;

③在校内号召学生进行爱心募捐,筹资为老人买些生活用品(待定);

④确定走访对象(可通过地方政府、街道办事处、居委会、村委会进行确定);

⑤根据被确定走访的孤寡老人的户数将本次活动参与者分成数个组,一对一分配,确定一个负责人,再由各组负责实地考察,确定行走路线。

2、活动当天

⑴集合,出发(时间待定);

⑵按分组到目的地后,问候老人,说明来意,向老人们送上代表我们学院和党支部成员心意的礼品(待定);

⑶小组成员围绕本次活动的有关要求,与老年人展开交谈,了解老年人近年来的生活情况和面临的困难等;

⑷向老年人提出我们的请求,请求由小组成员为其家中搞一次大清洁,帮助其收拾打扫。(也可是家务活,视情况而定);

⑸在收拾过程中,组员们可根据清洁工作量,安排一两名成员与老人聊天,待清洁完毕后,所有成员围在一起倾听老人们讲过去的事;

⑹待与老人的交谈结束以后,组内负责人向老人真心祝福;⑺活动结束后,全队成员为老人们合唱一首《》;再与老人们合照留念后,按原路返回。3、注意事项

(1)行为举止要大方得体,注意措辞用语,切忌在老人住处喧哗,注意活动中老人们的情绪。

(2)表情。时刻保持面带微笑。初次见到老人,亲切招呼:“爷爷、奶奶们好!”

(3)身体语言。身体与老人保持平衡或弯下腰交流。说话时,眼睛要看着老人,或时不时的点头,表示认同老人说的话,不要冒然的打断,还可握住老人的手等等。

(4)聆听。老人的性格也不一样,有的忧郁,有的沉迷往事,有的唠叨,有的爱发号司令,有的爱交际……要耐着性子去听老人说话,理解老人想表达的意思。注意老人的表情、语气、身体语言,要多听,少发表意见。

(5)话题。如何展开话题是非常重要的,有很多同学都不知道开口去说些什么,认为很难。根据个人了解,我觉得有个非常简单的方法,易于大家学习。也就是要多问!先问些简单的问题。问问老人姓什么,怎么称呼?在这里生活多长时间了?然后问深入一些。比如,每天都做些什么?平时有哪些人来看您?喜欢看电视么,哪些频道?……由浅入深,慢慢发现老人的喜好。

比如有老人爱说自己的孙子如何可爱调皮,那我们可以多问问老人孙子的一些情况,这时老人会很兴奋的。要“投其所好”的问,避免问一些老人比较敏感、不喜欢的话题。

(6)清扫房间时一定要将物品放回原处,不要改变它们的原来布局。

(7)参加活动的同学必须衣着整洁,且必须带上各自有效的学生证件。

(8)如出现恶劣天气,影响活动进程,另行通知。
