CSCC验厂总结
一、突袭。上午9时50分,审核员自行来到工厂门口,出示身份证明。在填完访客登记后,直接进入写字楼。
二、首次会议。声明工厂一切均有权查看及询问,工厂方面需全力配合;出示检查清单,请工厂方面立即准备文件;询问并填写工厂基本问题;详细询问工厂结构。
三、巡视生产现场。
1.专门往偏僻的角落里钻,查看一些遗漏在现场的记录资料。
2.反客为主,指东走西。你带他走这边他偏要走那边,如此三数次我干脆由他带路算了,从此丧失主动权。
3.不厌其烦。每个车间有无两个安全出口、消防通道有无堵塞、逃生黄线有无褪色、每个药箱的急救用品配置及药箱数量、仔细查看安全逃生指示图有无标明所在位置、检查各车间电路开关、危险品的存放与标示、工人劳保用品的配备、检查现场工序是否与订单相符。
4.查看每一个洗手间。
5.走遍每个角落、到达所有出口、确认厂区外墙。每个地方走到墙面前才回头。
6.所有一切均拍照记录。
四、检查文件。
1.一网打尽。营业执照、国地税执照、劳动年审证、社保年审证、排污许可证、加班批文、社保达标批文、员工手册、ISO证书……。
2.员工档案、合同。
3.8、9月工资、考勤。
4.询问有无工会、招聘工人条件、工厂年龄最大与最小员工、男女比例、保安人数、有无搜身。
5.提供消防演习记录、急救培训记录、危险品MSDS、设备清单。6.目前在做的客人百分比;委托验厂的客户最近的订单;交货期;月产量;外发加工工序、工厂名称、地址、电话、联系人;有无参加行业协会。
7.出勤人数。
五、中午外卖饭盒,自付。不午休,继续看文件。
六、员工访谈。
1.挑选小个及相貌年轻之员工。
2.必须提供单独的房间作员工访谈。
3.依照比例抽取了10人。
七、评审总结,填写改善行动总结表。
八、16:00打的士离开,需时6个小时。
注意事项:
1.紧急疏散要演练好,因为审核员不会给太多的时间你去拖延,他们很精的。
2.态度要好,提供文件速度要快。文件一直有跟进就不怕突击审核了。3.生产现场一定要清理干净,不能出现不相关的记录文字。
4.需要提供作为员工访谈的办公室一定要清理干净。
5.每天作好员工访谈,将其作为部门日常工作并定期抽查。
6.不要将要收藏起来的东西放到角落,因为那是审核员必经之地。
7.随时检查药箱。8.消防通道一定要留出来。
