经警队党支部二四年工作总结
经警队党支部二四年在公安处党总支的正确领导下,支部班子精诚团结,始终坚持以“三个代表”重要思想和十六届三中、四中全会精神为指针,以紧紧围绕勤务管理和基础建设为重点,以为工厂安全稳定生产保好驾护好航为目的,圆满地完成了党总支交给的各项工作任务,充分地发挥了党支部战斗堡垒和全体共产党员的先锋模范作用,在支部建设中取得了可喜的成绩,现将全年工作总结如下:
一、实施“先锋工程”,推动勤务工作的开展。
“先锋工程”是二四年基层党组织建设的主要任务,警队党支部十分重视此项工作的开展,并通过“先锋工程”的实施,明确了党建工作的目标和方向,通过“五型、三个模范、五实、三贴近、六个好”的学习活动的开展,解决了部分党员干部思想不够解放,开拓和创新意识不强,软弱涣散,队伍松驰,活力不足的问题,使支部建设不断得到加强和改进。
根据公安处党总支的“先锋工程”工作方案要求,结合警队工作的特点,我们制订了支部工作目标原则和任务,并与“星级服务”相结合地开展工作,为了活动开展的扎实有效,我们树一号岗和标准岗为先锋岗,树共产党员王勇为典型模范,有效地推动了警队勤务工作的全面开展,在03年度警队被总厂评先进支部,五中队连续五年被总厂评为标杆班组,队伍建设向前迈进了可喜的一步。二、加强政治学习,提高全员执勤能力。
年初,根据公安处总支要求,我们制订了支部学习计划,组织党员集中学,利用付班领着学,并且做到了学有笔记,学有心得,全队写学习心得体会共400余篇,并将“三个代表”重要思想的学习心得和实际工作表决心张贴到学习专栏上共130篇。通过政治理论学习,增强了民警的政治意识,大局意识,责任意识和服务意识,不断开创各项工作新局面。通过政治学习,民警干劲倍增,执勤能力得到了明显提高,好人好事层出不穷,营区外党员群众义务植树一百余颗,绿化了环境,美化了营区,陶冶了情操。党员服务队义务劳动4次,清理末煤现场,到南生活区拾垃圾,俱乐部前清冰雪,南生活区挖坑植树,参加人数达160余人次,分别受到了职工和领导的好评。同时,经警队民警还参加了依兰县人武部、公安局、总厂和总公司的军事表演和大合唱。无论是集体组织还是单人参加都反应出了警队的良好作风,受到各级组织和领导的好评和赞扬,为气化厂、公安处和经警队增了光。
三、开展有声有色的文体活动,促进和提高民警的工作作
风。
有声有色文体活动的开展,有效地锻炼了队伍的作风,极大地调动了全员民警工作的积极性,树立了集体荣誉感,陶冶了情操,展现了民警拼搏与奉献精神,提高了全队民警文化活动的质量和水平,推动了执勤中心工作。在参加总厂庆“七一”诗朗诵比赛中,支部精心组织,不负众望,取得了第一名的好成绩。“六一”运动会上,全队民
警争先下项目,取得了好成绩,为公安处集体增了光。“八一”建军节,我们又成功地举行了篮球赛,此次活动的开展,培养了民警团结协作精神,深受领导的好评。在集体劳动装、扒珍珠岩党员干部以身作则,始终干在最艰苦的地方。全年共召开党员大会四次,就新时期各阶段党员如何发挥先锋模范作用展开大讨论,全体党员都能自觉地在大会上开展批评与自我批评,特别是在民主评议党员活动中,都能做到实事求是,不隐瞒观点,对号入座,收到不同程度的效果,带动了群众,激发了工作热情。全年共查获物资无证出厂1800余次,维护了工厂的利益,挽回了工厂的损失。
四、关心民警生活,搞好队伍团结。
经警队党员包保工作几年来开展得有声有色,支委找党员谈心,党员找民警谈心活动以成自觉风气,要求民警不违纪,党员干部就得首先不违纪。民警胡鑫磊平日好喝酒,党员田世伟就找其谈心,以情感人,并说喝酒伤身,如果你因喝酒违纪了,还要扣我的分,既影响中队的评比,又拖中队后腿。通过谈心,胡鑫磊一年来无违纪,岗前也不喝酒了。民警王绍甫患上了严重的“肾萎缩”病,全体党员干部对其病情十分关心,经常到家中看望,并请示公安处总支给其解决原煤3吨,送去了温暖。绍甫同志为此流下了感激的泪水。一再说谢谢组织和领导的关怀。民警结婚,爱人生孩子等,党员干部都去贺喜,使民警安心了工作,热爱警队、热爱集体,使警队真正成为一支团结战斗的队伍。
成绩取得的同时,我们支部也认识到了自身的不足,主要表现在
三个方面,一是支部建设创新意识还需改进,二是党员包保工作还需深入,真正使警队变成无违纪的队伍,三是政治业务学习还需加强,结合警队工作实际,跟上工厂改革发展形势的步伐。为此,下步工作安排如下:
(一)继续做好支部基础建设工作,达到总支的要求和标准。(二)继续开展喜闻乐见有意义的活动,全面提高文化建设。(三)加大思想政治工作力度,掌握民警思想动态,做好耐心疏导工作,为支部建设、勤务管理奠定思想和政治基础。
(四)加强思想道德建设,增强民警法制观念,深入贯彻“三个代表”重要思想,为工厂保好驾护好航。
